你在心中不要去跟人家计较，一点点小事斤斤计较，实际上任何的斤斤计较都会造成因果。只有理解他人，才能善解因果；只有帮别人承担，你才能离开恶念、恶语、诽谤和逆境。你想想看，帮助别人，你是不是得到别人的帮助？你就不会有逆境了吧？你全心全意地去帮助别人，谁来诽谤你？你今天离开了恶念、恶意，那么你承受的是善因果，而跟这些善因果相应的，就是别人来爱你、别人来帮助你、别人来改正他们自己的错误。所以有的时候在人间看人，不要“这个人做得对，这个人做得错”；看问题有时候不要在自己心中先有一个是和非——“这个人讲出来的话肯定错的”“这个人没有一句话是对的”，你怎么知道他没一句话是对的？“这个人很讨厌”，你觉得他二十四小时都讨厌吗？没有任何一个人是绝对的。所以真正学佛的人要宽恕别人，不要用自己的邪知邪念看人。因为你对人家的看法不公正，所以你就会错看别人；你不能把握自己的心，来用正常的观点看别人，你最后就被别人看不起，因为你看错别人，人家当然会说你这个人很没有礼貌，很没有文化。你这个人有瞋恨心，有嫉妒心，所以你的自私心和欲望心才会产生。你非常有芥蒂地去伤害别人，慢慢地，你一定会离开清净心。从表面上看来，有些人穿戴都很整洁，但是他的心并不清净。一个没有私心和欲望的人，他的心才会清净。

我们学佛做人，既要保存你正的面子，又要克服你邪的面子。邪的面子就是邪念。“我就不要这样”，“不行，想好，我就要这样”，没有什么丢不下的。你们看看天主教教宗本笃十六世跪在人面前帮别人洗脚，这个行为背后的理念就是“万教归一”，因为主是为众生的，菩萨是为众生的，所以我们没有自己，只有众生，所以我为你服务那是应该的。他为什么能够受到万人的崇拜？就是因为“由我做起”，他先对人家好，他才得到人家的尊敬，他可以跪下来为人家洗脚。实际上这就是一种理念，所以学佛人要懂得，“我为众生，众生为我”，也就是现代所说的“我为人人，人人为我”。

因为人在人道当中修行，你必须把邪知邪见、在人间所有的虚妄要脱离它，这个时候，你在人间已经到了菩萨的境界，那么出世法本身就是离开这个邪知，想想看，你在人间修行的时候，你的境界是不是已经在没有对错、没有邪正当中了？因为在人间，你不去追求这些所有人间的事情谁对谁错，你是不是没有邪正了？…. 举个简单例子，你们到饭店去吃饭，吃完饭你应该走了吧？你说我死赖在饭店里不走，我就赖在这个饭店里，我还要拿它的东西，我还要吃它的下一顿，说说看，你这个是不是邪知啊？就像我们在人间一样，我们知道留不住的，人要死掉的，我们的房子、钱财和生命什么都拿不走，我们的身体、我们的孩子、我们所有的一切，我们都是得不到的，那为什么还留在人家饭店里啊？我就要拿它的椅子，拿它的桌子，拿它的锅子，还要吃它的晚餐，如果当你在那个饭店里想明白了，我肯定要走的，我吃了这一顿，还有7个小时才能吃下一顿，我不会吃了这一顿，一直等着吃下顿，肯定要去另外地方，那个时候，你就不会贪这个饭店里的很多东西了。既然我是等不到晚餐的，所有的东西我都是得不到的，还不如放弃，寻找另外一个境界。就像师父开法会一样，如果你觉得自己付了这个场地的租金，我非要等到它几点钟结束。人家说：“卢台长，你们的场地可以用到晚上8点钟。”师父的法会5点钟就结束了，可为了待到8点钟，就一直赖在剧场里不走，这不是一样的道理吗？你们现在在人间能够活到八十岁，我就死赖着不走，你最后得到什么了？是痛苦、身体不舒服、烦恼。你赖在这个人间，你至少要对人类有所贡献，要明白这个道理，不在人间中、跳出六道轮回，你这样活在人间才叫有意义啊，争名夺利只会害死自己。

 受戒就是堵住你修行所得到福德的漏洞。修行的人必须修福德，但是如果不守戒，你就是在漏你的功德。比方说你念经念得很好，磕头磕得很诚，但是回家路上看到人家的东西就拿点走，看到女人就动点邪念，看到喜欢的东西就拿一下，你想想看护法神和菩萨会保佑你吗？你不是在漏你的福德吗？你刚刚跪在菩萨面前在求福求德，一转眼你就漏掉了这些福德。所以必须要戒，戒就是不好的事情你坚决不能做。

 学习观世音菩萨，学佛念经，你可以增福增寿，可以免灾免难。佛法不许你们说谎话，说是非，打人骂人，这是为了让你们能够把佛学好，改变命运啊。所以，我们在人间最好要守戒，在生活上不要糟蹋五谷，不要糟践任何东西，对任何欲望都要有节制，不许有私欲来与童女群而聚嬉。也就是说，我们学佛的人，不能够说是非，不能够打人、骂人，不许说谎话，不许浪费粮食，不许糟践一切东西，不许有邪念。《太上感应篇》中说到，在很多的佛法中，我们做人要有禁戒。为什么要有这么多的禁戒呢？因为佛法它是指导我们在人间不做错事的戒律，它让我们读书知道贤善，它让我们能够耀祖光宗、能够继承传统，从而让我们能够超脱凡尘。

 一个人的烦恼一起，他的境界就到了烦恼道。造成烦恼的因素有很多，比如财、色，就是钱财和感情，也是最能增加人的烦恼。这都是横逆思维所致，该想正的地方不去想，想偏了。举个例子，今天我追求不到她，横逆思维就是把她杀了；今天我想一夜暴富，就去买六合彩等等。好好地赚钱叫正财。许多人的横逆思维造成了对人类的灾害，如杀人、抢劫等等。所有的不义之财是求不得的，要当作是毒蛇，就不会有见钱起意的邪念。现在很多人看到钱意念就起来了，就是过不了关，而且起的都是邪念。不该你得的千万不要去强求，不该你要的千万不要硬从别人那里拿过来，不义之财要不得的。要与人方便，经常想着我要帮助别人，与人方便就是与己方便。再老实的人这辈子也难免做过一些错事，所以要懂得克制邪念。当你克服了这些邪念之后，你就会明白“我以后会走向哪里”。师父告诉你们一个很简单的方法：当一个人很痛苦将要死去的时候，如果没有高的境界，他一定是下去的；当一个人生了癌症的时候，实际上已经暴露出这个人做了很多的坏事。恶病不会上好人身的。你可以说我没有做过坏事，但是不代表你前世没有做过坏事。你能保证你这辈子是一个好人，你能保证你上辈子也是一个好人吗？
夫妻之间也要相敬如宾，人不要经常做畜生之事。学佛就是教大家要有怜悯之心、慈悲之心，不要心存邪念。要先灭自身的欲念，然后你的烦恼也会灭掉。其中包括父母亲对孩子的欲念，这都是不好的。

清净是什么？很干净，脑子里没有杂念，这叫清净。脑子里有任何杂念，那就不能清净。所以，无争就是能清净，无争就是不跟任何人去争斗，只管自己好好修行，不去跟别人争斗，这样你才能修得好。如果你今天心里还想跟这个斗，跟那个争，你这个人就失去了佛性，魔性就会上身，你就会丧失你的意志，因为跟人家在争斗的时候，你会有恨心、贪心和愚痴心，接下来你就没有智慧了，所以争斗的人都是脸红脖子粗，心中的邪念乱滚乱翻，所以不能跟别人争斗，你才能得到菩萨的加持。

要常存善念，好的念头要放在心里，放在脑子里，才能正气浩然。当一个人的心中全部都是好的念头，他的正气就足；如果他的心中全部都是不好的念头，他很快就没有正念了。没有正念的人，他就会有邪念；有邪念的人，他很快就会有恶念。所以，想要没有恶念的人，必须先要控制好自己没有邪念。师父举个例子给大家听，一个男的如果看上一个女的，先是有邪念，邪到后来得不到手，就去做一些不好的事情，这个时候他就变成恶念。他的毛病是在于先有邪念，然后转换成恶念。所以做人要先有帮助人家的心，叫善念，然后慢慢地来经常帮助人家，觉得人家可怜，要慈悲他，那么才能成为善念。

要让自己心中的邪见、邪念、烦恼和愚痴全部要正见，就是去正确地见到它。举个简单例子，今天人家告诉你，邻居在造你家的谣，你一听，马上邪见了，不开心了。你怎么样让自己来正见呢？那么你首先就要想，邻居跟我无怨无仇，他为什么要造我的谣言？第二，会不会有人听错？第三，就算他造谣了，可能是因为我做了不如理不如法的事情，我也不会恨他，这样的话，你不就是正见了吗？如果你刚刚听到人家说你不好，你马上去吵架，去争吵，你就叫偏了，就叫邪迷了，所以，听人家讲话，一定要正，不要被迷住，听后马上发怒，你就叫邪迷。不要因为他是你的老公，他讲的话一定就是对的；不要因为她是你的老婆，你就永远相信她；不要因为他是你的孩子，你就相信他。想一想，我们就是因为见到所有的人相、我相，我们才会做错很多的事情。师父告诉你们，实际上人最容易上当的不是别人，而是你自己，你被自己所骗，你失误地理解，你最后得到失误的观点，你就会做出失误的事情，你不是被自己所害吗？

正是怎么来的？就是说，你做错事情了，你把它改过来了，你得到的才是正，改正就是把自己的意识改到正道上。所以，人必须认错改正，才能得到正念，有了正念，才会产生正智和正智慧。也就是说，当你有一个正念的时候，你想出来的脑筋都是正智慧。举个简单例子，如果这个人不是正念的话，他动出来的脑筋都是偏的，都是邪念，所以他做出来的事都是邪的，就这么简单。

无相的人不会染一切清净之心，不会被污染的，而且懂得因缘，以因缘生。只要“以因缘生，故无自性，诸法唯是空，即空亦为空”,这意思就是告诉大家，所有世界上的一切都像梦幻泡影，他本身没自性，也是空无的。所以学佛不是这么容易的，要无念。无念就是正念，无念并不是叫你完全的像傻瓜一样的无念。实际上，无念是因为你过去经过了这个念有念无之后，懂得何为邪念，何为正念之后，然后拥有了正念。等到拥有了正念之后，念善不念恶，然后慢慢地称为“正念”。再由正念产生了“唯念菩提”——就是菩萨的念头在心中。再就是涅槃，去除我相、人相、寿者相、众生相。

邪见不能有，正见不能去想，佛性才会显现。没有邪见，不要以为这个世界我是对的，连这个都不要去想。“你看，我这人从来不害人的”，你不要去想，本来很好的正见，你去想了，你又执著了。学佛很难的，左也不是，右也不是，所以为什么学佛学到后来越高越难啊。….学佛人有一句话叫“不思善，不思恶”。我做了很多善事了，我也不去想；我也不思恶，好的也没有，恶的也没有。….不思善，不思恶，不要去想，没有什么善恶，没有什么对错，有什么好想的？善的是正见，恶的是邪见，不想善的，不想恶的，就是没有什么邪和正，你的境界就高了。….师父问你们，如果你的两个孩子吵架，儿子说：“妈妈，妹妹打我。”女儿说：“没有，哥哥先骂我，我只推了他一下。”“她不是推，她是打的。”你去跟他们评理啊，哪个对，哪个错，哪个正，哪个邪？你最后说，你们两个都给我去罚站，你骂人不对，你打人也不对，两个人都不对，哪个正、哪个邪啊？这跟人间哲学和做人道理都是一样的，所以希望你们不想善的，不想恶的，佛性就出来了。
