</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">佛经是我们的精神粮食，所以学佛就要学会懂佛经。佛经所云（就是佛经上所说），四谛、十二因缘是学佛人的开始，所以要懂得四谛、十二因缘。其实就是讲业感缘起，我们种的业开始，有这个缘分——十二个缘分，说明我们众生在这个世界上是怎么流转世间的，又要怎么样出离世间。释迦牟尼佛在成佛之后，为弟子们讲的最初的佛教道理就是四谛法。大家都要懂得什么叫四谛法，因为佛的最基本的理论之一就是四谛法。</span>

<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">四谛，“谛”实际上就是真谛的“谛”，就是这是一个真谛，这四个是绝对的真谛、绝对的真理。四谛就是指苦谛、集谛、灭谛，还有道谛。苦，那是人生不可抗拒的，苦在人生中就是生老病死。集谛就是为什么集这些苦难的因，到底是什么原因。集就是积聚了二十五个有苦果的因。人有很多的苦，非常地苦，一切众生从无始以来，从贪瞋痴开始的烦恼，造业，造着很多恶业，就能招感三界生死的苦果。实际上人的集谛就是告诉我们，苦是怎么样来的。灭就是涅槃，涅槃实际上并不代表死亡，而是一种解脱。大家一定要明白，死亡跟解脱不是一个概念，死亡是人的肉体死亡了，解脱就是生死相续，他的灵魂还在运作。所以要懂得灭谛，就是灭惑业而离生死之苦。灭就是要涅槃，要灭掉自己迷惑的业障，而离生死之苦，离开生死之苦，我们一定要离开这个生死。道就是完全解脱，就是实现涅槃境界的正道。一个人学佛学了半天，最后不是正道，那就很可能成为偏道。简单地跟大家讲了四谛，就是四种真理。</span>

<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">佛陀就是告诉我们，佛法里就是苦、集、灭、道，还有十二因缘。因为这些分开讲要讲很长时间，师父就把十二因缘中的环节——有联系的十二个环节，跟大家简单地介绍一下，等以后有时间我再跟大家细细地分解，再来跟大家做更多的解释。</span>
</p>

<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">首先是无明。大家知道无明，无明就是无知、不明白。你知道什么？你不知道，才会闯祸；因为你不明白，才会六道轮回；因为你不知道这个事情的严重性，你才会出事。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">第二是行。因为无明之后你去行了，因为无明而产生善与不善等等的行为。大家想一想，善和不善，自己有时候不知道的。你以为做了一件善事，实际上它不是一件善事。举个简单例子，人家夫妻吵架，你说“对方这么欺负你，你跟他离掉算了”，你觉得是帮了她，实际上你是造了因果。所以行就是无明而产生的善与不善的行为。</span>

<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">接下去就是识，意识的识，投胎之前和投胎之后意识的形成，心理的意识所为。大家不要以为一个婴儿在母亲怀里什么都不知道，实际上他已经有感觉了。只要胚胎形成，他的灵魂注入，他就会有感觉，也会产生喜怒哀乐。心理的意识行为产生就是你的意识，投胎之前和投胎之后都会有这种感觉。还在地府的时候，这种感觉更强烈。</span>

<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">第四是名色，相当于在投胎之前、投胎之后精神和物质方面概念的形成。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">接下去就是六入。“六”大家都知道——眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意。通过眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意进入你的思维器官，那么感觉器官听到好听的声音、音乐，人会兴奋，吃到好吃的，人特别开心。这个六入进入内心世界的感官——感觉器官。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">接下去就是触。接触，触，就相当于投胎之后，接触到外界的一切事物。一个人投胎之后，生出来之后，慢慢会接触人间所有的事情，会知道这件事情好事还是坏事，可以做、不可以做，是靠接触的。就像我们经常说，人跟人要靠接触，接触了，觉得这个人好了，你可能就跟他很好。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">第七是受。人有一个感觉的器官是受。受是什么呢？对苦乐的感受。这个人觉得有苦了，他才会感觉有快乐；有快乐过了，有很多苦的事情出现了，他就会觉得这是苦。这是受。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">第八是爱。人生，很多哲学家还有很多文学家在写小说的时候，他们经常讲一句话：这个世界是由爱组成的。人不能把爱仅仅作为一种非常狭隘的比如男欢女爱、夫妻之爱、跟兄弟姐妹之爱，其实它是一种可以变得很崇高的，你如果把它拉低了，那么人间的十二因缘里面，这个爱实际上就是爱欲和欲望，都有爱，“我喜欢这样东西”“我喜欢这个房子”和“我喜欢这个人”，都是属于爱的欲望。</span>
</p>

<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">九就是取，取就是夺得、收取的意思。取就是追求，“我去取这个事情、取那个事情”。人就是“我喜欢这样东西”“我去追求这些名色、这个名利”“我喜欢这朵花”“我喜欢这个会长、董事长”，这些名和你拥有的一些感官觉得非常好的东西——名色，那么刺激你的物欲（对物体、对物品的一种欲望）。这就是取，因为你会去得到它。</span>

<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">十就是有。有是什么？现实中生存的环境就是有。“你有吗？”“有啊。”</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">十一就是生。生是什么？我们说来世再生，生出来又灭度，灭度了又生。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">老死。人生最后终有一天有终结的时候，这就是老死。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">要懂得十二因缘，就是从无明（什么都不知道），一直通过行、识、名色、六入、触、受、爱、取、有、生、老死，形成十二个因缘的环节，都是连续在一起的。师父举个简单例子，你非常不明白，到了这个世间，你可能还没有到这个世间之前就是无明、无知，什么都搞不清楚。然后你的无明、不知道，就会产生很多善和恶，因为你不知道这是善的、恶的，无明产生善与不善的行为。然后再接下去，你开始有意识了，开始准备投胎了，投胎之前、投胎之后，你知道了“我怎么觉得很温暖？”母亲吃一块冰激凌，你在里面冻得像在冰山上一样；母亲喝一碗煲汤（广东人喜欢喝煲汤），孩子在妈妈的肚子里滚烫，因为有些人还喜欢喝非常热的。那孩子就感觉到这个投胎前的精神和物质方面的概念慢慢形成了。慢慢出来之后，眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意六种感觉器官开始接触所有社会的一切，自己感觉了冷、热，听到声音了，然后舌头——小孩子肚子饿要吃奶瓶的时候，有时候他哭得很厉害，这个牛奶还没弄好，这孩子就在哭，妈妈就拿个奶嘴先塞在他嘴巴里，这孩子舌头一碰到，他就不哭了。实际上就是一种感触，好了，触了，引起了接触之后，小孩子就会感觉到吃了东西之后开心，笑了；苦的时候，没吃，肚子饿，他会有感受出来。感受之后慢慢觉得，妈妈抱在怀里的时候特别开心，爱欲、欲望都开始出现，人跟人之间的爱、那种欲望都出来了。接下来就追取一些民间和人间的名色和物欲。追取了之后拥有了，就存在在这个环境中，“我拥有它了”。然后再生出来，再生出来其他的想法，“我还要，我还要”。最后就是人生终有一天老死。实际上这就是十二个因缘环节的一种轮回。</span>

<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">佛经上跟我们讲，我们怎么样流转世间，怎么样出离世间，无非就是由于业。人在这个世界上作孽很多，犯业很多，流转世间。你只要在今世没有好好地修，下辈子六道轮回还会再来，就叫流转于业。你造业了，下辈子还会再来。业就是由于烦恼和无明。你怎么会造孽的呢？因为你烦啊，因为你无明啊，不明白。你不明白，去做了一件事情，伤害别人了，接下来给自己找了无尽的痛苦，那么你就无明烦恼生起；生起烦恼，然后就造孽，造了很多业；造了很多业之后，要还吗？这辈子还啊还啊，还不完，那么下辈子再来投胎继续还。所以这就叫轮回造业。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">造业是由于什么样的环境才会造业的？造业最重要的是心。因为你的心会造很多业报，造业的人会有业报。小乘佛法说的业报论就是讲唯心因果。因为人的心会造孽、造业，那么你的业报就是由于心开始的，叫业报论。这就是佛教基本的思想基础，就是学佛的基础。三界唯心，指三界的业报，业来了会有报应，报应了又会造业，造业了又会有业报……怎么会生生死死离不开这些业报呢？因为你的心，你不甘心。这就是为什么打官司，明明打赢了，又被人家重新再投诉，然后再打官司。你打赢了，他投诉；他打赢了，你投诉。这个就是你的心所造。因为你不买账，因为你觉得是他错，凭什么他赢，这就是生生死死。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">所以唯心所造，万法唯识。所有事情在人间都是因为你的意识认为这件事情是不对的，所以才会继续自己的行为。比方说，今天你觉得这件事情是你错了，你是不是不会跟人家争了？你觉得这件事情你是对的，你是不是不停地跟人家争？人家找理由，你再去驳斥他。所以万法唯识之认识一切，你必须要认识一切世间的现象。今天大家都在讲你了，你应该懂得这个业报开始到来了。你因为长时间地这个不理人、那个不理人，跟这个不好、跟那个不好，等到大家都出来指责你的时候，你应该收了，不应该再去找理由，因为你的业报到了。很多人傻傻的，突然之间在单位里有几个人跳出来跟你斗的时候，实际上大家都在背后讲你，就有两个人跳出来，然后边上人就起哄，实际上你的人缘已经很差了，这就是你的内心。因为你还不买账，你的意识还不买账，觉得你是对的，那么就引起了内心的分别。</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 25px; text-align: justify;">
<span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 20px;">唯识，意识的分别，你觉得这件事情对，你会一直这么执著下去。意识是什么？意识就是分别的意思。要记住，你有这个意识，实际上你就有这个分别心。“我认为这个人改不好了”，你就是心中有分别心了；“我认为他一定会改好”，你也是有分别心。因为在你心中，意识“能分别”是心的作用，所以“所分别”。“所分别”是什么？就是由心观察对象，你的心去观察这个事物或者这个对象，你跟它的作用，所分别心。佛教不管大乘还是小乘，中心思想讲的是什么？唯心因果。</span>
