<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">我们人生就是在无常中，我们经常在很多的无常中生活着，慢慢地在觉悟中。其实这个世界，要懂得什么叫能够觉悟，什么叫无常。在这个世界上一切都是无常的。你今天要是头脑清醒，你就知道这个世界是无常的；你如果头脑不清醒，你就觉得人间的一切都是真实的。当你一个意念生出之后，你认为是真实的，你就会非常非常执著地去得到它；当你知道这人间的一切都是无常的，你就不会在自己的意识中把它作为一个非常重要的事情来看。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">我们活在这个世界上，每做一件事情，都要懂得什么叫“诸行无常、诸法无我、涅槃寂静”。实际上我们经常讲的这个“三法印”，是世间最终的道理。我们做人都是这样，一切无常。娑婆世界是五浊恶世，现在的众生，脾气、根性、根器都非常刚强，你看现在的人脾气有几个好的。能不能让众生的心变得柔顺一点？是靠的什么？你过去生中福德的深和厚。你福德到底深不深，有福德的人就会生性比较柔和。你去看，做生意也是靠柔能克刚，做人也是柔能克刚。所以，世界上很多事情，如果你不能用柔性来解决，那你慢慢地就会自行生灭。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">我们经常讲诸行无常，就是菩萨告诉我们，在这个世界上所有的一切……行是什么？行蕴，就是五蕴，五蕴都是无常的，就是那种苦报。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">诸法无我，就是说我们所有的一切，实际上讲到底都不是一个真正的“我”，都不是属于你的，不是真正属于你的。这个世界上的一切都是业报所致。你的见闻觉知，这本身就是一种生灭法，因为有生就有灭。大家要懂得诸法无我，所有的一切、人间的一切，诸法都是没有自我的，就像我们说“生出来之前你是谁？死后你又是谁？你又到哪里去？”我们真的应该彻悟这个世界的真谛，当你明白之后，你就完全确认了这个世界上的一切都是虚妄不实的，只不过是不能停止的无量的生死不息，生了死了，死了生了，五蕴皆空，佛法讲的都是连贯的。五蕴，是皆空的；生生死死，是轮回的、没有解脱的。人是不能解脱的，因为当一个人走的时候，他就想到“我是一个人”，所以他下辈子还得投人。那么很多动物死的时候，“我是动物，我是一个狗、羊、猪……”那么它下辈子还是投狗、羊、猪……你只有在心中有这个觉知——完全在人生中能够住于涅槃中，就是完全明白什么是真正的灭度，真正地把自己放在一个干净的涅槃中，就是完全彻悟中，那么实际上你就知道自己能不能干净地把人间的一切烦恼全部灭度，而往生极乐。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">涅槃。很多人说，涅槃到底是不是真正的断灭呢？实际上涅槃还并非是完全断灭论。所以要寂静，寂静就是完全已经到了一个超过人的智慧，超自然的东西。“涅槃寂静”实际上就是讲完全超脱自我意识——无我相、无人相、无众生相、无寿者相，是在这种境界中你才明白。实际上“涅槃寂静”就是你已经在你的心中灭除一切生和死的痛苦，已经无为而安了。所以涅槃是寂静的，因为他无为了，已经觉得自己什么都没有做，它已经是一种平安的象征了。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">我经常跟你们讲，“诸法无我”实际上就是无有我自己的实体。很多人说：“你在说谁？”你骂人，他不会难过，因为他说：“你在骂谁啊？”</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">为什么说“三法印”呢？“三法印”实际上就是灭除一切生死的痛苦，符合这三个原则，就是佛的正法，就是印证了佛的正法，所以叫“法印”。其实就是告诉我们，修心最终要理解诸行无常、诸法无我、涅槃寂静，那么就是正法。因为你知道这世界一切都是无常的，一切都是无我的，无我就是“四无”，无相——无我相、无人相……对不对？无常就是真谛。涅槃寂静就是彻悟、了悟、觉悟。这就是我们说的“三法印”。</span>
